Ligeledes er colitis ulcerosa hos de yngste b\u00f8rn karakteriseret ved ogs\u00e5 at involvere hele tyktarmen (pancolitis). Derfor kan det i starten af udredningen og diagnosticering v\u00e6re vanskeligt at skelne mellem colitis ulcerosa og Crohns sygdom hos de yngste b\u00f8rn med IBD.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hvordan behandles b\u00f8rn med IBD?<br \/>\n<\/strong>B\u00f8rn med tidlig IBD oplever gentagende sygdomsudbrud, s\u00e5 snart behandlingen med kortikosteroider stopper. Derfor f\u00e5r stort set alle b\u00f8rn med \u00a0tidlig IBD<a href=\"https:\/\/barnmedibd.dk\/index.php\/2021\/01\/13\/medicinsk-behandling2\/\"> medicinsk behandling<\/a> med immund\u00e6mpende behandling eller biologiske l\u00e6gemidler for at holde sygdommen i ro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operation<br \/>\n<\/strong>Selvom dit barn debuterer med sygdommen i en tidlig alder, har forskning vist, at 3-10% bliver opereret i l\u00f8bet af de f\u00f8rste 3-5 \u00e5r med sygdommen.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column column_width_percent=&#8221;100&#8243;
